PassionSim Return Policy
- Return Period
At PassionSim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return it.
Important Note: Products must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and original packaging (if applicable). Products that have been used or damaged will not be accepted for return.
- Eligible Products for Return
The following simracing products can be returned under certain conditions:
- Wheels, pedals, and simulators: Must be in new, unused condition. Products that have been installed or used on a platform cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
- Simulation chairs, seats, and accessories: Must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Computer components: Items such as graphics cards, processors, or other peripherals can be returned, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.
- Digital products or software: Cannot be returned once opened or downloaded unless a technical issue arises.
- Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Proof of purchase: A copy of your receipt or order number must be provided with the return.
- Product condition: The product must be in its original, unused state (except in the case of defects) and in its original packaging. If the product is damaged or used, it may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Return shipping costs: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped by us.
- Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product. Once the returned product is received, we will cancel the initial purchase and process a refund according to our return policy.
- Defective Products
If a product is defective or has a manufacturing fault, we are committed to repairing, exchanging, or refunding your purchase based on your preference.
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to report the issue.
- We will provide a prepaid return label for the defective product.
- Defective products must be returned in their original condition (with all accessories included).
- Warranties
All products sold by PassionSim come with a limited warranty. Warranty duration varies by product. Please refer to the specific warranty details provided with each product at the time of purchase.

- Customized products: If a product has been customized (e.g., custom seat or wheel design), it cannot be returned unless it has a manufacturing defect.
- Opened or used products: Items that have been opened or used, especially computer components or software, cannot be returned unless defective.
