  1. Shipping Areas
    We propose our products across Canada and the United States. Whether you’re in a big city or a remote area, we ensure your products arrive directly at your doorstep.
  2. Free Shipping
    We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 CAD. This offer is valid for all shipments within Canada and the United States.
  3. Delivery Times
    Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 7 business days after shipment.
  • Orders shipped within Canada should arrive within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your region.
  • Orders shipped to the United States may take slightly longer due to customs processes, but we strive to ensure prompt delivery.
  1. Signature Upon Delivery
    For security reasons and to ensure safe delivery, a signature will be required upon receiving your package. Please make sure someone is available to sign for and receive the delivery.
  2. Customs and Taxes for U.S. Orders
    Customs fees and taxes for orders shipped to the United States are not covered by PassionSim. We take care of all the necessary formalities for transit, which means that you will have to pay additional costs upon receipt of your package (corresponding to customs).
  3. Split Deliveries
    For large or bulky orders, we reserve the right to ship items in multiple deliveries. This may be necessary to ensure your products arrive safely and in the shortest time possible. You will be informed if your order is shipped in multiple parts, and you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
  4. Order Modifications
    Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. While we will do our best to accommodate modification requests before shipping, changes cannot be assured once the order has been processed. We encourage you to carefully review your order details before finalizing.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package in real time. You can check the delivery status and estimated arrival date.
